Action figure motorized monster
Back in the mid to late 1970's I used to have a green six legged battery operated monster that walked, It had a head like a triceratops, a armored body, and a flash light that caused it to freeze when you hit the sensor under it's head. its eyes and mouth would also light up red. For some reason i think it might have been a GI-Joe toy. but I'm not sure.

along the line of yo - yo's and frisbe
I remember a toy that I had in the late 70's to early 80's. I was basically from left to right. A rubber ball, 15cm of string attached ball with a 10mm plastic tube that was 30 cm long, then another string and ball. You would hold the middle tube and rotate the balls, and do tricks. I think it was a Yak A Buchi or Yakabuchi . I can not find any thing of this. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time. Travis B.

Art/Creativity
I am trying to find something similar to a toy I had as a kid it would be in the late 70's - early 80's. I don't remember the name of the item but I can tell you how it worked. There were different sized (plastic) circles that had gear like teeth on the outside and pen tip sized holes on the inside. You would place the pen tip into a hole and then move the circle around another circle (using the gear like teeth) when you were finished you created different sphere's or spirals or even star like shapes. Depending on which hole you placed your pen tip in would determine the size of your shape. You could use different colored pens for each size and create a cool picture of shapes. Do you remember this toy? If so what was it called and is there anything in todays market that is similar for purchase?

Artistic toy similar to spirograph
I had a toy in the early 90's that was similar to a spirograph, but instead of using a pencil and gears to create designs, this was a stationary pencil holder that clamped to a table. it stood about 18 inches high, and it had a platform suspended from the pencil holder with 4 cords. This platform held paper in place, and you created designs by adjusting the pencil until it was touching the paper, and then gave the platform a nudge or spin. it would then swing like a pendulum, drawing concentric patterns based on how the platform was pushed. No one I have spoken with has any idea what I'm talking about. Any help?

BOARD GAME
when i was 6 or 7 yrs. old i had a board game [it probably came out in the late 1980's or very early 1990's it was a kids board game where the board was square and there were "skillets" on the board for some reason i am thinking the name was something like "flap jacks" or something like that... i don't remember what the object of the game was, but there were circular cardboard cutouts of pancakes with faces on them, and the skillets on the board had yellow plastic handles built in for the purpose of flipping the flapjack in the air, i don't know if you were supposed to see how high it went or what side of the pancake it landed on, but i loved that game, if anyone knows the actual name of the game, or where i may be able to get one, that would be a great help... however i do not know the maker of the game.

CONSTRUCTION TOY - Light-up - 1970s
I had a light-up building toy in the 70's. It had a black plastic base, and clear straight or curved rods about 6" long that you could connect together. In the early 80's, when I was a young child, I owned a yellow rag doll I affectionately and appropriately called, "Yellow Doll." When I moved across the country, I somehow lost Yellow Doll and I have been trying to find one like her. She was a rag doll about 12-14 inches long from head to foot. She wore a yellow-and-white checkered dress, with a bonnet and shoes that matched. She had a white apron over her dress and long yellow braids. Her eyes, nose and mouth were "drawn-on" her face, they were not sewn on. Do you have any idea what brand may have made this doll and where I can find one? Thanks.

It also had lights you could turn on and off. It was from some where in between 1985 - 1990. The family came with a mom that had soft hair, a blue dress that could be taken off and her feet where always in shoes. The dad had a yellow shirt with a vest that could be taken off and black pants. There were two children and they had a dog that was a colllie. I think the house may have been purple. Ther front door could open and close.

Educational Toy, mid - 1960s, French/English language + battery operated
I'm trying to find out the name (and manufacturer...and the toy if possible) of a toy from the mid-1960s. I know I had it in 1967-1968, but it may have been manufactured prior to that. It was about 18" long, plastic. It had plastic pieces with words on them. The words were in French on one side and English on the other. You had to hook the pieces together to create sentences, and you then slid them through the 18" plastic part (battery operated, I'm pretty sure, not electric I am sure) which then "read" the words or sentences to you. The pieces connected (like a puzzle/train) to run through the reader. I LOVED this toy, but I can't recall the name of it nor the maker. I'd love to find it.

Lighted game from the 80's.
I used to have a toy with clear beads kind of built into a black screen. It took batteries and came with geometric accessories to press into the black screen and make shapes.. pushing down these tiny clear beads. When you wanted to screen cleared, you'd simply slide the black screen upwards and the beads would pop back into place. Underneath the plastic black "screen" were a few different colored lights. I think red, green, blue and yellow... maybe. It is not a Lite Brite. A light bright has colored pegs that you put into a board. This toy I'm talking about has no pegs. Robotic Toy
I purchased this toy on ebay and cannot find any information as to its name and manufacturer. It is 13" tall and and has a sticker in the 9volt battery pack that says 1975 and another sticker on the side that says Electronic Product / Do Not Drop. The color is a pale grayish blue. The head is all gray with a red transparent rectangular visor that has two eyes that light up when he is turned on. He has a gray jet type back pack. There are two red transparent jets that are under the back pack when it is in place. Above the back pack is small on off switch. Above that are two little plastic toggle switches that when you push the one on the left allows the robot to make blasting sounds and flash lights under the jet pack, but nothing seems to happen when you push the other toggle switch Also when you turn him on there are two lights below his chest that flash back and forth from one side to the other. There is a mini plug outlet in his body that is on his right side. Finally, his arms are movable and so are his legs which also bend at the knees and hips. Any idea what he is and who made him?

Seven Dwarfs figures
I am looking for some missing Dwarfs of a set I have. They date back to the 60s or early 70s. They are about an inch high and are made of painted plastic. There is a lot of detail on them. The Snow White that comes with them is a very 50s style figure. There are other Disney characters in the set but I am only interested in the dwarfs. Do you know where I could find them?

Ship - Landing Ship - 1960s
I'm looking for a vintage mid 1960's toy that my father had when he was a child. It was a toy landing ship, like the kind that landed at Normandy Beach at D-Day and would let down a ramp to unload soldiers or vehicles. This particular one was capable of launching (either by springs or by batteries, I'm, not clear which), a tank out of it and down it's ramp. It may have also had battery powered lights. It was most likely not intended to go in the water, and probably had wheels. I have tried e-bay and google searches and not found anything matching this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

In the 1960s my brother had a toy that was a soft vinyl wiggly cat figure. It felt like it was made of the same stuff that fishing worms are made of. strawberry shortcake
2 parts.I had a strawberry shortcake doll stroller when I was little. early, early 80's. It was red with a canopy, the seat was a bucket style, berry shaped seat, and the wheels had a little plastic strawberry with leaves covering the screws which held the wheels together to the rod. internet searches have not turned up my old doll stroller. My mother claims that it's life ended long ago. I had a big(to me when I was little) strawberry shaped toy bin. It was a big red plastic strawberry with a lid. I use to climb inside when I was a kid. Internet searches have turned up nothing. Have you come across any pictures of these items. I would love to see pictures of these again. And my mom claims to have the toy storage bin, but that is a lost cause. I live in another state and she has so much stuff that I don't think it could be found. thanks

STUFFED ANIMAL - GREY AND PINK ELEPHANT
In 1990/1991ish, when I was a baby, I received a stuffed elephant from my aunt. The elephant has an egg-shaped body (head being the smaller point) with large mouse-like ears and small cone-like arms and legs. The inside of the ears and the ends of arms/legs were pink velvet velour but I'm aware that some elephants had blue there instead of pink. Does anyone have a photograph or any additional info like the company? Thanks.

TARGET GAME - 1970s or 1980s
Hi, I need your help. I'm loking for the correct name(s) of an old toy target game I used to play with. It had two rifles or possibly shotguns wired and connected to a box which projects a lighted target on your wall in a figure-8 pattern (with the lights turned down). The shotguns fired a light beam and you could see the target hit and hear a sound. My dad and I played it many, mahy times and I'd sure love to get the name of it, and possibly find it to collect. I know it exists, I just hope I'm describing it right. The colors of the guns and separate target box were brwon and light tan. Can you help please?

Also, someone wrote in about similar toy with Santas. What are the names of these toys and how can I purchase one? My kids were fascinated with this toy and the family doesn't have it anymore. Upright toy/game with animals passing an acorn with their tails?
I wanna say I got the toy for christmas '78 I would've been 3 yrs old. It could kind've be compared to a pinball game for toddlers. It was yellow and stood upright and there was an oak tree painted on the background with different animals placed on branches. I believe there was a squirrel a rabbit, a raccoon and a bird. There were piano looking key on the bottom of the game with each animal head on a key. The object was to flip the acorn/ball to the different animals and they'd catch it with their tails and the acorn/ball would slide down the holes and come out the bottom of the tree and you'd start all over. I'd love to find one for my 2 year old! thanks so much!
