1970s Camping Playset - camping stove with sounds and pie that can be pumped up by the stove
Does anyone know what this playset was called or who made it. This information would help me locate a replacement. It was a plastic camping stove with a skillet, eggs, bacon and a pie. It made sizzle sounds when you "fried" the food and the pie inflated when the pretend propane tank was pumped. Mine was damaged in a flood and I would like to replace it.

1980s Race cars and track
In the early 80s there was a toy that had several race cars, battery powered (not remote) that you could change out the tread of the tires for track or dirt or carpet. they had a track that was available and the cars would race inside of it the trace has "walls " so the cars would stay in the track each car had "bumper wheels" on each corner to help them glide along the track. Do you recall any such toy?

50'S BUILDING PUZZLE
I am looking for a puzzle made out of a pressboard-type material, there were only about 7 or 8 big pieces, side walls, 2 roof pieces maybe, it was a building that you connect together. It may have been a garage or something like that. A side piece was approx 7x9 inches or so, big flat pieces notched to fit together. You take it apart and put it together over and over. Thanks for any help you can provide!

80's car damage/flip
It was an 80's Matchbox/Hot Wheels like toy, if you rammed it into something, it would damage (just 1 particular part on the car). Then you could flip the damaged part over & it would be back to normal. Please get back to me, it's driving me crazy. Thanks.

90s Toy Horse
In the mid 90s, there were a collection of horses that had long flowing hair and came with glitter gel pens that you could decorate the horse with and let it dry, and then wash it off again whenever. I'm trying to remember the name of them. I think it had either dazzle or glamour in the name. I remember one was silver with white spots on its back and long white hair. Another was turquoise. They looked like real horses as opposed to My Little Ponies. Any idea? Thanks so much!

in the 60's, i was given a game, plastic man: feet, head, a plastic rod to place round and square discs on to set up the man. you removed the rod, and placed his head on top of discs'. you then took the hammer and tried to hit out the discs'. to win was to knock out all the discs, get the head to the feet. of course, if you didnt knock the discs correctly the man would fall down and you had to start again. thank you.

Animated Lowrider Dachshund Christmas Toy
Item may have been on the shelves of WalMart two or three Christmas seasons ago. It's battery operated and when switched on, will play the "Lowrider" song made popular by War and moves its body up and down. It's approximatedly 20 inches long, 8 inches high, and wears either a santa hat or a hankerchief like a motorcyclist would wear on his head. Also sports a black jacket, again like a motorcyclist would wear. I've seen an acquaintance with one and would like to get a couple for myself. Thank you ahead of time for your help.

Black Boy Doll - 1940's
I was given a beautiful doll as a child in the late 1940's which has since been lost. He had real human hair, soft and curly, and was dressed in blue jeans, flannel shirt, and leather belt. As I recall, his eyes opened and closed. It was unusual to see a black doll then and particularly for a white child to receive one. Have you ever seen a doll as I have described, do you know if they can be found today and where, and what can you tell me about this type of doll? Thanks so much for your help! Tharon.

Electric Nerf - Gun Knock Off
There was a Nerf-type gun marketed in the early 90's that had an electric motor so you could shoot soft nerf-type balls without any pumping. It took D batteries and was some brand other than nerf. The ad campaign was quite pervasive and they tricked me into asking for this toy for Christmas in the early 90s. In short, the gun itself was terrible. It sounded like a vacumn cleaner, had very little power and sucked down batteries like crazy. I can't remember the name of the gun or the manufacturer at all and it is driving me crazy! Any ideas?

Plush Toy - Plastic Stomach Locked With A Key
Looking for childhood toy. Sometime in the mid-90s to early 2000s, me and my sister each got this plush toy that had a platic stomach where you can store small items. Mine was a purple dog with white floppy ears, and hers was a pink bear, if I remember correctly. The plastic stomach was oval with some carvings on it and was a little iridescent , and a hole in the middle so that you can lock it with the key that came with it. Inside, the lining of the stomach was satiny. They sat upright on their hind legs, and was no taller than 12 inches. We probably bought it at K-Mart. Don't know if it had a commercial, or we just decided to buy it after we saw it in the store. I don't remember much else, but it was probably promoted as a friend that can protect your secrets, or like a locket stuffed toy.

One of the small raccoons has on a teal sweater that has a yellow c on it. the only place i found it online was ebay and the caption said that it was part of the littlest pet shop which i know to be incorrect since i had this too when i was small. it is also said that it was called the furry family and was made in 1993 by takara/playmate. (not sure if that is true or not)After doing several hours of research I could not find anything relating to this "furry family" playset. would really appreciate it if you could help me! molly

SIFO United States Puzzle
I am missing three states out my vintage SIFO United States Map puzzle, which belonged to my mom when she was a girl in the 40s. How could I get ahold of New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Rhode Island? This was the BEST puzzle for learning the states (and capitols) of our country --- and I love the idea of my kids being able to do the same, particularly using the same historical puzzle. Any help or advice would be appreciated! --- Michelle

Snoopy Hang Glider
I was wondering if there is a snoopy Hang Glider still around? I received it for a christmas gift in the late 70's early 80's. Snoopy was attached to a roughly 10 inch triangular red glider. It came with a ramp that looked like a mountain. You ran snoopy down the spring loaded ramp, it would lock in and then you would it the button to send snoopy hang glider flying.

square body arms and legs
late 70's early 80's there were action figures that i had a few of and saw a bunch i wanted as a kid. the only place i ever saw them were mom and pop 5&dime stores. the arms legs and torso were square and blocky hard plastic but the feet hands and head were softer rubber. they were about half the hight of an adventure people figure. They came with accessory that we would conceded choking dangers now (was then i remember almost choking on the helmet once) . For example the Army man version had a helmet, rifle back pack and binoculars to hang around his neck. i remember the back pack had shoulder peaces that just rested on the figure. I know there was and army man a fire man a police man and i think a doctor. i seem to remember there were some vehicles too. they were around before the small GI JOEs or StarWars figures, I know i had adventure people i played with with them but the figures were much smaller then adventure people.

I am trying to track down a stuffed blue mouse i received in 1978. It was about a foot tall, and the ears had wire in them that kept them straight. The eye lashes were felt. The arms and legs were short as well. No more than an inch long. Any help is appreciated, as i have many memories of that toy.

stuffed mouse/rat - 1930's
I have a stuffed mouse/rat approximately 8 inches tall wearing a striped nightshirt and nightcap. It is made out of gray felt with cotton(?) batting stuffing and a wire wrapped with felt for the tail. The hands have individual fingers with a wire in the index finger but the back feet are just 'L' shaped 'boots'. I got it from my mother in 1966 and she got it from her own mother as a child. My mother believed it was an early 'Mickey' mouse from the 1930's but all the research I've found show "Mickey's" have always looked very much like they do today and this one looks very similar to the 'sleepy bear' mascot of a major motel chain only it's definitely a mouse or rat instead of a bear. Any idea what background it might have other than a 75 year old stuffed animal?

Toy Tire
In the early 70's I had a rubber tire toy. It used a wind up launcher like the evel knievel toys later used. The tire/wheel would come off of the launcer when you stopped turning the crank. The tire would bounce a few feet high when it hit roots or sidewalks. Do you have a name or any history for it?

Vintage Bend Leg Barbie

Vintage Hot Wheels Cars...
In the (Approx) early to mid 1980's, Hot Wheels had a type of car that when you played with the Cars & "smashed" or "hit" them into anything (other cars, etc...) the cars side doors &/or Hood, or what ever part of the car was supposed to be in a car accident, that section flipped over to make it look like it was in an accident, and then you could just slide/flip that section back and the car would look like it was in perfect condition again... These may not have been hot wheels, but they were little like the hot wheels cars. I am a 30 yr old woman now, and I never had any of my own cars to play with as a child, but when I would go play by my cousins house, he always had those cars and now, I would like to try to find some for my own son who is now 5 yrs old...Please, ANYONE that might remember what these were called or anything else...Please let me know!!! I was probably anywhere between the ages of 4-8 yrs old when I first saw these, so that would be between the years of 1982 to 1996, approx. Thanks,Katie

Vintage toy 1950's
I'm looking for a design toy. It was a black plastic grid about 10" x 10". Each grid square was about 1" square. There were plastic triangle pieces that snapped into the grid. The triangles came in primary colors. They also had a raised angle from the corner so that when the triangles filled a square the resulting square was raised a bit. I do not know what this was called but it sure was a lot of fun. I may have gotten it in 1957. IK hope someone has the answer. Sally

Winnie the pooh wind up plush toy
In the early 1960's I was given a Winnie the pooh doll with a music box in it which played "Winnie the pooh." From much love and washing...the music box came out and my mom just sewed it up. I want one with the box to go along with my original toy. I think it came from Sears and Roebucks. Thanks for your time.
