1950's doll with rectangle markings on torso
My mother received a blond doll, probably made in early 1950's, wearing a red and black dress with ivory lace. I believe her hair is short and curly. Her eyes are blue and they blink. Her eyebrows are painted, and her cheeks and lips are painted pink. Her head, arms, and legs move, and her fingers are well defined (nails, knuckles). She has a rectangle marking on her stomach and low back, but I can't make out if there was writing or if it disappeared - its almost as if the skin was just cut out. Her body and face are soft plastic. My mother thought it was a Toni doll, but recently learned that is incorect. Please help me identify this doll. Thanks so much!

1970s PLASTIC TOY CRASH CAR
I used to have these toy cars that were probably 8-9 inches long. They had a red plastic zip tie thingy you'd put through the roof of the car, which when pulled, would spin a large wheel located in the center of the car underneath. When the car front bumper hit something, it would trigger the hood, doors, etc to fly off. I think they came with black plastic ramps, but I can't be sure. Any help would be appreciated.

1978 Flip Phrase Paddle
In 1978 my friends and I purchased a "paddle" that was made of yellow plasic and contained sheets of phrases that said things like: "your blinkers on", "I Love You", "Pullover", etc. There was a phrase on each sheet of paper that you would could filp over at the top (like a notebook). We would use this while driving down the road to make "friends" with people in other cars. We are planning on attending our 30 year reunion and would like to see if we could find another one of these or at leasat a picture.

ACTION GAME - 2 BIG HANDS ON POLE
My friend had a toy consisting of 2 large hands, each of which was on the end of one pole. It was a 2-child game, and the object was for a child to stand on opposite ends of the pole, positioning the pole horizontally and leaning his/her stomach into the hand and gyrating in order to make an object tied to the middle of the pole with string spin around. Some sort of misguided hula-hoop rip off, if you will. Thanks.

Antique Kamar Wind Up Duck
I have an antique wind up duck. The duck is tin with what feels like either genuine bird down (like on chicks), or some kind of animal fur on the outside, which is all intact and in nice shape. The gears are sticky, but the winding mechanism still seems to be in working order and the beak and wings move when wound. It has white paint on the bottom that is flaking off. I would be happy to learn its estimated value. Thanks!

Battery - Operated Toys
Before there were electronic or digital pets, there were pets with batteries... back in the late 80's or early 90's there was a, what I thought was popular, toy... it was a beagle puppy. It would bark and wag it's tail. I think it could move forward too..all by batteries (I think C's or D's, they were big, 2 of 'em) on the underside of it's belly. I remember the compartment also. What is the name of that puppy/toy? Thank you. It was my absolute favorite. Now I'm being told I may actually get it from my fiance. If so, I'd love to name it that puppy's name. It'll be my dream come true. Thank you.

Dollhouse playset
In about 1991 I had a dollhouse/playset that was very small and plastic. I believe the doll was a little bigger than a polly pocket. I think the little doll had plastic blonde hair. The set consisted of a main house, a treehouse, and then maybe a barn and pond. The 4 different buildings/areas had walkways that connected to a central area that may have had a pond with a bridge. I remember tiny swans that sat in the pond. When everything was put together, I want to say it was about 4 feet across from one building to another. It came in a fairly large blue cardboard box with a handle from Service Merchandise. I can't remember the doll's name, I feel like it started with an "S" or a "C", but I could totally be wrong. Maybe it was an "M"....I don't know.

HELP to Identify Small Plastic Ball
I recently purchased a jar of old marbles (supposedly dating about the 1950's) when I returned home, I found a mysterious, hollow, plastic ball inside the jar. It measured 5/8" and one half was yellow & the other light blue/green. There were two words imprinted on the inside- "fortune ball" and inside the ball I could see 3 gold-colored crosses. The crosses have a hole at the top end so they would be suitable for a necklace. I have never seen anything like this & I have searched the internet for any information- but can find nothing! It's a mystery that I hope you can help me with! Thank You! Chris

Plastic Toy airplane
I am looking for a toy I played with while I was in grade school. Sometime between the late 80's (1987ish) to the early 90s (1993ish) It was fairly large from what I remembered, it took both of my hands to play with it. I remember it being dark in color either black or dark blue. It was an airplane, but had the ability for the landing gear to retract with a lever inside the cockpit. It was made of plastic, and I don't remember it containing any small parts. Do you have any idea? I was not the owner, so I only played with it when my friend brought it to school. I am having a kid soon and I would like to maybe find one for him/her.

I had a play kitchen that I got probably in 1981 or 1982. It was a refrigerator, sink and stove, three separate units, with cupboards under the stove and sink. They were made of particle board mainly, and had painted pictures of what looked like kewpie doll type children or Precious Moment type children on the front of the cupboards. The sink had an old fashioned spout like an antique hand pump. I'm not sure which toy company made them. I was wondering if anyone remembered these and if there are any in good condition out there still. Thanks!!!!!!!!!

playset with doll and finger puppet
Back in the 60s I had a couple of playsets that looked like flat-backed little house that I think were fairy tale based and featured a little doll and in a little trunk or chest on the top floor (attic) was a finger puppet. The puppet had a plastic head and just a cloth that covered the finger. I am tired of people thinking I made this up and want to find them again. I just need to know what they were called. Any help would be so very appreciated! Thanks and my best to you and yours, Skylar

Playskool push toy
I am the second youngest of six kids. We have a push toy which predates me (I'm now 48) that we called a "pop corn" push toy. It has blue wheels, a yellow base with a face, a clear plastic chamber that balls would pop in, a metal handle and white plastic grip. We have searched and searched to no avail. Can you share any information on this vintage toy? Thank you!

PLUSH TOY - WHITE STUFFED DOG FROM DISNEY
I have a solid white stuffed dog that I acquired in the late 90's. He has a Walt Disney tag, blue plastic eyes, a black nose, a pink toungue sticking out of its mouth, its ears (erect, not drooping) are pink on the inside, and has a curled tail. It's a little over a foot tall and is in a sitting position. I hope you can help me find out what it is, please! Thanks a million, Sophia.

Purple Rag Dolly
I can't find another one of these dolls... It is a rag doll. Purple and white plaid all over an entire cloth body. Pink yarn hair and a sewn on face. The tag was cut off, but I remember it being made by one of the more popular toy companies- Fisher Price I believe. Also the year on the tag was early 80's... I think. I thought somewhere on the tag it said "sweet dreams amanda", so I always assumed that was the name of the doll. I am now 26 and would love to find another for my 2 year old. Please HELP!

SOFT, STUFFED PUPPY
In 2002 I purchased, at a bookfair in Las Vegas at the Aladdin Resort Casino, a stuffed prayer puppy. He has recording of "now I lay me down to sleep" in a black box that went into a pouch in his back so when he was squeezed he would recite the prayer. He was very floppy, had sleeping eyes and pronounced eyelashes. His material was very soft, but was not "pile" more of a microfiber. He was a very light beige. Anyway, in 2004, I gave him to my newborn daughter and she has been carrying "Floppy Puppy" around every since. We lost him in California three weeks ago and I'm heartbroken. I've bought her other soft, cuddly dolls and animals but none compare to floopy. Please help me find another one. I don't care if it's used or if the recorded prayer/black box is missing, I just need Floppy...Thank you...

Stuffed dog with dog head slippers
I am looking to replace a stuffe dog I had as a child in the mid 80s. I have a picture if you want me to email it to you. It was from a company that had a mail order catalog. The dog was about 10" tall and had brown ears and head and a white snout, a quilted white fabric body with tiny yellow and brown flowers and a lacy bib and lace around the paws, brown hand paws and instead of feet paws it had miniatures of its head with floppy ears even, like little puppy slippers. This company also offered baby pink and baby blue bunnies and a yellow chick version of this pattern with the head slippers for Easter, but I think the dog came first. They were all meant to sit down, not go on all fours and the head was large in comparison to the body. Any help at all to find the manufacturer and catalog it was sold for would be very appreciated, thank you!

toy make - up
In the 80's or early 90's, there were little toys that held make-up (nailpolish, eye shadow, etc) that were turned into different animal shapes by folding or unfolding different pieces like the animals' heads, legs, or arms. I remember having a dalmation one. Do you know what they were called?

transformer 1983 made in korea
i would like to know if there is such a transformer i received this toy from a neighbor of mine, and said for me to put it on ebay, but i have no clue what to say, the only writing i can see is that the transformer's date is 1983 and it is made in korea. I can just about make out the manaf. starts with a T and then has a logo of what appears to be a round ball with lines up and down and left to right, i can see also besides the letter "T" mabe an "O" and "y" ?? color is a deep purple, its made of metal and plastic, and when i installed a 9 volt battery, the thing makes a shooting noise. There are 2 guns attached to this things arm, the peculiar thing about it.........is that i see no face, unless its missing which i do not know where this face would even go. Anything helpful at this point would be good. Thank You.

trying to find a toy from (approx) circa 2005
My daughter is describing an electronic toy that she had around 2004-2005. It was a small plastic dog-approx 2" tall. Interactive and electronic, I think. She said that it would flip, bark, walk and she remembers that it would wake her up i the middle of the night to take care of it. It wasn't a Tomagachi; she said it was a small dog that would fit in a small space like a large jeweler's box. Any ideas?

vintage ball popping toy
when i was younger i used to play with a game at my grams house that sort of looked like a vintage popcorn machine. it had a blue bottom and a clear dome top. the object of the game was to press a button on the bottom of the toy that would pop balls inside the dome, you had to pop one ball at a time onto 3 pegs inside the dome without knocking any balls off the pegs that you got earlier. i have looked everywhere for this toy and cant find it anywhere. i know it was old cause all my cousins played with it also growing up. any ideas of what this toy was called or where to find one? the fisher price popcorn popper push toy reminds me of this toy.

Water Toy with air pressure button
I remember fondly several handheld toys that I played with in the early 80's that were had plastic pieces of different sorts (one had triangles, one had balls, and there were others) that you tried to get in different formations by using a button that injected air into the main chamber which was filled with water. As pieces floated or sank to the bottom, press the button and the air would create a circular current that would propel the pieces up and to the left. The goal was to make different patterns with the pieces and to fit all the pieces together. Does anyone know what these games are called and who made them? Thanks.

Yellow and Orange Plush Giraffe - Chosun International
I am looking for a stuffed toy giraffe that I recieve in 2008 for my daughters baby shower. It has become her favorite. She has already lost it once and I feel she and the giraffe may have a grim future ahead if we don't find a twin soon. The tag says it is manufactured by Chosun International. I have been unable to find one like it on the internet and the Chosun web address is invalid. The animal is small and flimsy with ligt and dark orange yarn for a tail and mane. he also has a yellow loop on top of his head as if he were a decoration for a package rather than a true stuffed animal. I would love to know where they are sold so that I can purchase another before its too late.
