A staple in the Montgomery Schoolhouse line for over 20 years, the MY Train is fun for all ages. Twenty different cars can be added on to the engine in a variety of themes and activities – circus and zoo, educational, freight, and passenger. Each car measures about 6” in length, crafted from both hardwoods and soft woods and is done in bright non-toxic colors. Each car/activity is open-ended for the best play possible. The cars are durable, delightful to play with and provide many play experiences for your young engineer.
In 1979, Mike Rainville founded Maple Landmark Woodcraft. Starting out as an after school hobby and growing into one of the largest solely domestic toy manufacturers in the US. Maple Landmark has always focused much of their attention on safety and the environment. All toys that are produces have been tested and meet the Federal safety standard. Maple Landmark is also a very “green” company: reusing boxes, accepting “shredded junk mail” and “peanuts” from local folks for packing, using wood that has been locally harvested from maintained forests, minimizing packing on all products, allowing locals to take our sawdust and scrap wood – at no charge, and using regionally sources non-toxic finishes. Maple Landmark also participates in employee education programs, voluntary air and noise quality testing programs, and several other community based charities.
